PhiBPlot

PhiBPlot is a Java plotting tool that is part of the BioNetGen distribution, located in the PhiBPlot directory. It can be used to display results in BioNetGen output files. To run it, simply type

java -jar <path to PhiBPlot>/PhiBPlot.jar [file]

where file is a .gdat or .cdat file (optional).
